From reviewing the best breakfast spots around the country (with the best Porridge too!) in the Independent newspaper to defending cooking traditional Porridge in a bain marie, courtesy of Felicity Cloake and the Guardian, it’s been a busy week!

It’s great fun being in the newspapers as it brings Porridge lovers out of the woodwork and they ask me lots of oaty questions. In her article Felicity Cloake also mentioned my Golden Spurtle (World Porridge Championship winning dish.
