The best of British, my new recipe for Mornflake Cereals

British Oat Bis smlThis month celebrates British Food Fortnight, highlighting the best of British produce and encouraging us all to eat more British grown foods. What better then, for me to write a recipe for Mornflake cereals, Britain’s oldest old milling company, using their fantastic British grown oats.

For the recipe I used only British ingredients to make a simple and family friendly (get the kids baking too) recipe; British Oat & Honey Oat Biscuits.

This chunky biccie is perfect with a good cuppa or a nice glass of British full cream milk.
